One of the most feature-rich secure messengers on the market.
If you need an end-to-end encrypted communication solution for your team or organization, Wire should be near the top of your list. Along with chat and file sharing, they also support E2EE group voice and video calling (up to 10 people), screen sharing (both desktop and mobile), and a ton of nice-to-have options like voice and video messaging, freehand sketching for visual feedback, timed messages, and GIF/emoji support. Wire unfortunately doesn't currently take your trash out to the curb, but since it can do virtually everything else, I'm sure an update will be available soon.
Often times in products, there's a trade-off between security and design. That's fortunately not the case with Wire. Every interaction feels polished and intentional, and it's clear they've put a lot of attention into the user experience. Of all the messengers on my phone, Wire is one of my most used because of how easily adoptable it is for users of any skill level.
If all this wasn't enough, based in Switzerland, they're also protected by European data protection laws. There's really no reason not to try Wire today.
